It was the company Mof Holding AS that was in Stavanger courthouse and requested a tender.
Mof Holding AS has been engaged in other technical consultancy activities in Stavanger.
“The debtor has requested a tender. The court uses the debtor’s information as a basis. The company is therefore assumed to be unable to cover its obligations as they fall due. The payment difficulties are not of a temporary nature, and the conditions according to § 60 of the Bankruptcy Act, cf. §§ 61 and 62, for accepting the petition, are thus present,” the ruling states.
Attorney Erik Årstad has been appointed as administrator. Probate meeting will be held on 8 May.
