Brad Falchuk is unfazed by Gwyneth Paltrow locking lips with Timothée Chalamet on the set of Marty Supreme.
“How does Brad feel about you kissing Mr. Chalamet?! Lol,” a user wrote in a Tuesday, October 22, Q&A on Paltrow’s Instagram Story.
Paltrow, 52, replied, “Unthreatened, not because T. Chal isn’t AWESOME, but he knows he’s got my whole [heart emoji].”
Paltrow and Chalamet, 28, made headlines when they were spotted kissing in New York City’s Central Park on Wednesday, October 16. In the photos, Paltrow was pressed up against the wall of an alleyway while she smooched Chalamet and placed her arms on his shoulders. Chalamet wrapped his arms around Paltrow’s waist.
In the snaps, Paltrow and Chalamet were both in costume. Chalamet donned a gray suit with a white shirt and black shoes, completing the look with glasses and a gray silver tie with a necklace. He styled his hair with gel into a side-part. Paltrow, for her part, rocked a long red gown with black gloves and silver earrings, placing her blonde hair in an updo.
Paltrow and Chalamet’s upcoming film, Marty Supreme, has not yet shared a release date. Variety reported in July that the movie was inspired by professional ping pong player Marty Reisman. The outlet also noted that sources close with knowledge of the film claim the movie follows a fictionalized story. (The table tennis champion died in 2012 at age 82.)
Chalamet’s casting was announced in July, with Variety reporting at the time that he was set to star and produce the film. Paltrow will be making her acting return after focusing on ventures beyond the big screen — her last movie was 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

Shortly before her acting hiatus, the Goop founder tied the knot with Falchuk, 53, in 2018. The couple, who began dating in 2014, exchanged vows at her East Hampton, New York, home with several celebrities in attendance.
Paltrow and Falchuk slowly transitioned to their new life as newlyweds in an effort to be conscious of their children. (Paltrow shares daughter Apple, 20, and son Moses, 18, with ex-husband Chris Martin. Falchuk, for his part, is dad to Isabella and Brody, whom he shares with ex-wife Suzanna Bukinik.)
“We were just trying to be mindful and give them a little space and not move too quickly,” Paltrow explained during an October 2019 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! “Less merging originally, but now we’re merged.”
