Family searching for missing Southern California man

Loved ones are searching for a Southern California man who has been missing for nearly 10 months.

Michael John Lopez, 40, went missing on Dec. 15, 2023, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

He was last seen on the 2900 block of Flagstone Avenue in Duarte at around 1:30 p.m.

He is believed to be traveling in a gold 1998 Chevrolet Silverado truck with a white hood and California license plate number 53229J3.

Lopez’s family has not heard from him since his disappearance and is very concerned for his well-being.

He stands around 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and a goatee beard. The wired “Lopez” is tattooed on his left forearm and he has an X-shaped scar on his forehead.
