Iraqi army strikes ISIS remnants in Operation Lions’ Leap

The statement added that “all operations resulted in important and significant results, killing most of the first-line leaders of the ISIS terrorist gangs, seizing weapons, ammunition, logistical and technical materials, computers and phones, detonating more than 10 explosive belts, a number of explosive devices and explosives under control, and destroying and burning 7 different vehicles that were used by the terrorist ISIS leaders,” according to what was reported by the “WAA” agency.
The Joint Operations Command continued, saying, “After conducting a DNA test on 14 bodies of ISIS terrorists killed during these operations, the criminal terrorist leaders were identified, namely: the terrorist Abu Siddiq or Abu Muslim, whose real name is Ahmed Hamed Hussein Abdul Jalil Zwain – Deputy Governor of Iraq, the terrorist Mansour Abu Ali Al-Tunisi, whose real name is Omar bin Suwaih bin Salem Qara, the so-called Emir of Manufacturing and Development and the Chemical File, the terrorist Abu Hammam, whose real name is Saad Mohammed Nasser, the so-called Governor of Anbar, the criminal terrorist Shaker Harat Al-Najdi, the so-called military official of ISIS in Anbar, the terrorist Abu Abdul Hanoub or Abu Abdul Rahman, whose real name is Muammar Mahdi Khalaf Hussein, the so-called Governor of the South, and the terrorist Waqas, whose real name is Ali Rabah Raja, the so-called Communications Officer, in addition to the official in charge of the Economics and Finances file for Anbar Province.”
The Joint Operations Command indicated that this operation was carried out “based on the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, and his direct follow-up over the past six months, and in a series of security meetings to pursue the leaders of ISIS The defeated terrorist organization, in light of accurate intelligence information and continuous technical and field work by the Iraqi National Intelligence Service, with technical and logistical support and exchange of intelligence information by advisors of the international coalition, and with coordination and follow-up from the Joint Operations Command,” according to the statement.
