The Green Bay Packers came into the 2024 NFL season with high hopes of being legitimate Super Bowl contenders, with quarterback Jordan Love becoming a superstar in the league.
Unfortunately, the Packers hit a snag right out of the gate with Love going down with an injury on the last play of their Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, which was a scary sight as many believed he could be done for the season.
Although the injury looked very serious, the Packers determined he wouldn’t even be placed on the injured reserve list, which would have caused him to miss at least four games.
Meanwhile, Love has been trending in the right direction over the past couple of weeks, with talk of him returning to the field sooner rather than later.
Ahead of Green Bay’s Week 3 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, head coach Matt LaFleur let it be known that Love has been listed as questionable and will be a game-time decision.
“He’s doing everything in his power. He wants to be out there more than anybody. We’ll give it up till game time and see where we’re at,” LaFleur said, via 97.3 The Game.

If Love can get back on the field this quickly, Green Bay’s prospects of getting back into the title-contender conversation in the NFC look very good, as long as he isn’t rushing back from the injury.
With the Packers sitting at 1-1, they still have a chance to accomplish all of their goals.
