A recent Genshin Impact leak is teasing a pair of new Nightsoul Trials set to come to the game throughout the coming updates, teasing the next Natlan tribes to be introduced. The launch of the newest region for the HoYoverse RPG brought a plethora of changes from past regions, breaking many of the game’s traditions. Natlan currently features three separate Reputation levels for each of the region’s tribes, with the new Nightsoul Blessing mechanic also significantly changing how players travel throughout Natlan. A new leak is now hinting at some new challenges coming with future expansions to Natlan.

Among the many new gameplay features added with Genshin Impact‘s Natlan region, the new “Nightsoul Trials” provide several unique challenges for players to tackle. Nightsoul Trials task players with engaging with each challenge’s unique gameplay mechanics in order to complete the trial, featuring everything from interrupting grappling enemies to avoiding attacks. Genshin Impact Leaks Two New Nightsoul Trials

A new set of leaks shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker HomDGCat is teasing the next two Nightsoul Trials set to join the game. The Electro Wayob will focus on a particular Elemental Reaction, with players able to deal heavy True damage by triggering Electro-Charged reactions on enemies. The Cryo Wayob will feature a unique gimmick, requiring players to shatter the correct mirror in order to damage the real version of the enemy or take Cryo damage in return. Both Nightsoul Trials are not expected to launch until at least Version 5.2, currently rumored to release in November.

Genshin Impact‘s new pair of Nightsoul Trial challenges will add to the plethora of challenging new content the game has recently debuted. Version 4.7 welcomed the release of the Imaginarium Theater as a new form of endgame challenge, featuring similar rotating enemies to the Spiral Abyss. HoYoverse has also continued to regularly update the Spiral Abyss with new lineups of enemies, featuring more challenging bosses and potentially looking to toughen up the Spiral Abyss on its highest floors.

While the new Nightsoul Trials are still multiple patches away, HoYoverse has already begun to tease players about Natlan’s first post-launch update. Version 5.1 will introduce one new character to the game with Xilonen revealed to be joining as a five-star Geo unit, leaked to use a Sword as her weapon. Leaks about Version 5.1 have also suggested that the patch will see fans returning to Sumeru, with the update’s main event set to run in the Dendro region. Genshin Impact‘s newest regional cycle looks to be getting off to a quick start with new characters, events, and challenges coming soon.
