Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic didn’t attend college in the United States but if he did it would have greatly shaken up the NCAA.

However, where would Doncic have played if he was a college student in America?

A video shared by Overtime, per MFFL NATION on X, features multiple stars predicting where Doncic would have attended.

Zion Williamson of the New Orleans Pelicans stated that Doncic would have played at USC, Texas A&M, or the University of Florida.

On top of that, he laughed at the prospect of Doncic playing at Gonzaga and said he couldn’t see that happening.

For the record, Paolo Banchero said Doncic would have played at Duke, while Jayson Tatum stated he would have attended Arizona.

Doncic agreed with Tatum, saying that people claim Arizona is a good school.

Williamson didn’t give any reasoning for his picks but seemed adamant about them.

Each of those schools is a high-profile location for young players and would have put an even bigger spotlight on Doncic.

However, Doncic was the third pick in the 2018 draft, so how much more attention could he have really received?

Doncic got his start playing overseas after being raised in Slovenia.

That means that he was exposed to European basketball instead of honing his skills in the States.

This gives him an advantage in some ways, allowing him to build a skillset that has a mix of European and American attributes.

That is part of why he’s such a valuable and impressive player today.

Williamson and Doncic battle it out on the court now but NCAA fans would have been elated to see these two compete in college too.
