The Washington Commanders are 1-2.

But more than that, it’s become more than evident that they’ve found their quarterback for the present and the future.

Jayden Daniels is a special player, and it didn’t take long for the rest of the world to see it.

On Tuesday’s edition of ESPN’s Get Up, Mike Greenberg went as far as to claim that a superstar was born on Monday night.

Notably, fellow panelists Jeff Saturday, Domonique Foxtworth, and Dan Graziano all agreed.

They gushed about Daniels’ determination and poise to take over the game when it mattered the most.

It’s not just that he was out there making plays, it is that he was actually willing to be uber-aggressive and take big risks to secure a win as he did with that beautiful touchdown pass to Terry McLaurin in the 4th quarter.

Both of his touchdown passes were absolute dimes, proving that he’s way more than just a scrambler by slinging the football down the field, putting it right where it needed to be.

Daniels scored three total touchdowns (2 pass, 1 rush), logging the first two touchdown passes of his career.

The Commanders didn’t turn the ball over or punt once in the entire game, and doing that on the road and in the first primetime game of your NFL career is special.

He’s completed 80% of his passes to begin his career, and while the Commanders still need to figure things out on defense, they can rest assured that they have a true star to build around for years to come.
