In the latest poll, Harris surprises Trump

Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris has the support of 47 percent of voters, compared to 40 percent for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump ahead of the Nov. 5 election, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released Tuesday.
