The strike is over for employees in private care services – Dagsavisen

A general increase of NOK 13,650 and an increase in the minimum wage rates are some of the results, the Trade Union states in a press release.

– It has been a long strike and a very demanding mediation, but we have received approval for our most important demands, says the union’s negotiation leader Karianne Hansen Heien.

An agreement was reached on Friday evening when the parties to the wage settlement met at the Riksmekleren, says the Trade Union.

The strike in private care services, which was launched on Saturday 2 November, included treatment institutions within child protection, care and non-profit organizations such as Stendi, Ecura Bo og habilitering, Blindeforbundet and the Salvation Army.

It is agreements 453 and 536 that have been agreed upon, according to the employee organizations Fagforbundet, Fellesorganisationen (FO), Delta and Parat. The counterparty is the employers at NHO.
