The car hit a wall on the spot and drove on, says operations manager Roy Langengen in the Oslo police district.
The police were then able to control the car a couple of hundred meters away from the place where the fight took place. A person associated with the car has minor head injuries.
A total of three people have been involved in the fight, the operations manager tells NTB.
No one has been arrested so far. The person with minor injuries is already known to the police.
