The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is one of the best talismans for a Dex build because it allows you to dodge and attack much more often, while the Retaliatory Crossed-Tree actually enhances your attacks if you Dodge or Backstep. Head to the top of the tower, avoiding the bird enemies on the way, and walk past the phantom soldiers until you see a level below you can drop down to. For certain Dexterity builds, Talismans like this can be used to great effect, but be sure that you have Talismans that also boost your Stamina regeneration or max Stamina to take advantage of this boost more often. It’s easy to run out of Stamina in the middle of combat if you are relying on dodges and follow-up attacks for your damage output, so be sure to pick up a Veridian or Turtle Talisman to pair with this.

Rotten Winged Sword Insignia is one of the best PVE and dual-wielding talismans out there in the open-world land of the Lands Between. The Rotten Winged Sword Insignia has a bit more complicated effect. Stated simply, the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia boosts the damage of successive attacks.
There are three levels to this effect, as they increase from 6% to 8%, and then 13%. In order to progress in these levels, players need to constantly attack.
