Two of these new Elden Ring talismans are particularly useful for dexterity builds: the Two-Headed Turtle talisman, and the Retaliatory Crossed-Tree. The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is one of the best talismans for a Dex build because it allows you to dodge and attack much more often, while the Retaliatory Crossed-Tree actually enhances your attacks if you Dodge or Backstep. There are three levels to this effect, as they increase from 6% to 8%, and then 13%. In order to progress in these levels, players need to constantly attack.

Players can get the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia by helping Millicent and taking on her sisters​​​​​​ at the conclusion of her questline in the Haligtree.
