A vehicle was used to smash through a security door during a burglary at a pawn shop in West Hollywood late Sunday night.
The incident was reported around 11 p.m. in the 7400 block of Santa Monica Boulevard.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that a burglary did occur but it was unclear exactly what was taken.
Video shared to the Citizen App showed a blue four-door vehicle with a smashed front end that was left at the scene.
The business owner also confirmed the break-in but did not want to speak about the incident.
It was unclear if the burglary was captured on surveillance video.
No details regarding the suspect or suspects were available.
