You know you’re getting old when the sons of your favorite NBA players start making the rounds as future NBA players of their own.

We’ve already seen Bronny James being drafted, and while he’s likely not going to play much, the fact that he’s teaming up with his father is a testament to LeBron’s longevity.

Notably, some scouts have always been higher on James’ younger son, Bryce.

Bryce isn’t a superstar prospect by any means, either, but given his last name, he’s also a lock to make it to the league.

With that in mind, they asked Carmelo Anthony’s son, Kiyan, what his thoughts were on Bryce (via Overtime & ClutchPoints).

Anthony claimed that there were some similarities between Bryce and James when he dunks, adding that they grew up together, and while everybody wants them to be rivals, they’re just two competitors.

Two decades ago, experts debated whether LeBron James or Carmelo Anthony should be the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft, but that’s not the case at all with their sons.

Kiyan is currently considered to be one of the top prospects — if not the top prospect — in his class.

His jumper is smooth and he’s got an efficient and versatile game, and he’s grown up going against some of the best players in the league when he’s in the summer.

Bryce, on the other hand, still needs to put in a lot of work in his game, but both of them will most likely cross paths again in the pros in the future.
