In a ruling from the Oslo district court on Tuesday morning, the district court acquitted Skoghøy of claims for compensation for defamatory statements, reports Aftenposten.
The court believes that it is within the freedom of expression.
– The verdict is as expected. I have no further comment, says Skoghøy to the newspaper.
