Hallmark Channel is ready to deck the halls and hang the holly.
The network’s 2024 Countdown to Christmas programming event kicks off on October 18 with ‘Twas the Date Before Christmas. It’s the first of 47 new movies that will air this year across Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Mystery, and new streaming service Hallmark+. But before the holiday extravaganza begins, there are still cozy fall vibes to be had, including the premiere of a rom-com perfect for Halloween.

‘Autumn at Apple Hill’ stars Erin Cahill and Wes Brown
Erin Cahill and Wes Brown reunite for the Fall Into Love movie Autumn at Apple Hill. (The pair previously starred together in Every Time a Bell Rings.) She plays Elise, a woman who is fighting to keep her family’s inn afloat. When the CFO of a major hotel chain (Brown) checks in, she wonders if he’s there to enjoy the fall season, or is he’s looking to take over her beloved inn.
Autumn at Apple Hill airs Saturday, Oct. 5 at 8 p.m. ET.
‘Haunted Wedding’ is the perfect Hallmark Halloween movie
After 2023’s 3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost, Hallmark is again delivering another rom-com that’s perfect for spooky season. Janel Parrish and Dominic Sherwood play Jana and Brian, an engaged couple whose plan to wed is thrown into jeopardy when a ghost named Angelique vows to stop the ceremony. They must work together to save their wedding from the spirit in an 18th-century wedding dress.
Haunted Wedding airs Saturday, Oct. 12 at 8 p.m. ET.
Countdown to Christmas 2024 begins with ‘‘Twas the Date Before Christmas’
This year’s Countdown to Christmas event begins with a new movie starring Robert Buckley and Amy Groening. She plays a woman who convinces a man she’s just met on a dating app to participate in her family’s quirky Christmas Olympics tradition.

‘Holiday Crashers’ features ‘When Calls the Heart’ star Chris McNally
In Holiday Crashers, Lyndsy Fonseca and Daniella Monet play Toni and Bri, best friends who decide to shake up their dull lives by creating fake identities they’ll use to crash holiday parties. The lie leads to an invitation to a holiday retreat, where Toni starts to fall for handsome mogul Justin (When Calls the Heart’s Chris McNally). Meanwhile, Bri has her eye on Vinny (Jag Bal), a valet who might have a secret.

‘Scouting for Christmas’ stars Tamera Mowry-Housley
Tamera Mowry-Housley stars in Scouting for Christmas as a divorced single mom to a 10-year-old girl. Between her career and parenting, she’s finding it hard to juggle it all. Then, she asks the owner of a local bakery (Carlo Marks) to cater a holiday event for her daughter’s scout troop. She starts to fall for the baker, but then her ex-husband reappears to tell her he misses her.
Scouting for Christmas airs Sunday, Oct. 20 at 8 p.m. ET.
‘Operation Nutcracker’ airs October 25
Ashley Newbrough plays a demanding event planner who helps a man (Christopher Russell) track down his family’s heirloom nutcracker when it goes missing just before a charity auction.

Rachel Skarsten stars in ‘The Christmas Charade’
In The Christmas Charade, Rachel Skarsten (The Royal Nanny) plays a cautious librarian raised by home security experts who gets caught up in a real-life adventure when a blind-date mix-up throws her into an undercover FBI operation. When she’s forced to pose as the girlfriend of a federal agent (Corey Sevier), they end up working together to track down an art thief.
The Christmas Charade airs Saturday, Oct. 26 at 8 p.m. ET.
‘The 5-Year Christmas Party’ stars Katie Findlay and Jordan Fisher
Alice (Katie Findlay) and Max (Jordan Fisher) are old theater school rivals who reunite every year to work holiday parties at a Chicago catering company. While they have serious chemistry, the timing is never right for romance. But when the catering business announces it’s shutting its doors at the end of the season, Alice and Max are forced to confront their feelings for each other.
The 5-Year Christmas Party airs Sunday, Oct. 27 at 8 p.m. ET.
