How to Get Coins Quickly in Ultimate Team

Nothing in EA Sports FC 25 could feel as grindy as increasing the coin balance in Ultimate Team. Although it is a slow progression initially, investing time in the right game modes will help players achieve tradeable packs to start listing players on the transfer market and speed up their earnings.

There are a wide variety of ways to earn coins in the Ultimate Team, but the players should consider the amount of time and effort required for the earnings. One objective might reward a player with 200 coins, but the amount of work it requires could be more difficult than winning multiple matches.

Play Squad Battles

How to Get Coins Quickly in Ultimate Team

By far, Squad Battles is the most rewarding game mode in EA Sports FC 25Ultimate Team in terms of coins. Since this is a versus-AI game mode, players have control over the difficulty level. The Professional difficulty level is usually the safe bar, as it is easy for most Ultimate Team players to beat their opponents. You can aim for World Class if you feel confident, but this will not change the amount of coins earned from the game, which is another plus for Squad Battles.

Scoring each goal will reward players with 40 coins, and it applies up to 5 goals, which grants a maximum of 200 coins. Moreover, you can earn extra coins based on the squad’s performance, such as a Clean Sheet bonus, Pass Accuracy, Possession bonus, Shot Accuracy, and delivering a clean play with no yellow or red cards. Above all the bonuses, Squad Battles offer 325 coins per win. Knowing how easy it is to score goals on the Professional difficulty level, you can safely bet on at least 525 coins per win in this mode, assuming you will score 5 or more goals.

Unlike Rivals, where the players have no clue who they will play against, which makes the win rate volatile, Squad Battles always offer a flat level of difficulty, and you can always refresh the opponents if you run out of teams to play against. Ending up at any rank above Silver 3 in Squad Battles will also reward you with tradeable packs. So, the player can open the pack, keep the superb players, if they get any, and then list the rest on the transfer market, which creates a good stream of income over time.

What Other Game Modes Are Worth Playing To Earn Coins?

EA Sports FC 25 Rush

Single Player Draft is another game mode that is worth spending time in, as it works exactly like Squad Battles, and it grants players tradeable packs after achieving 4 wins. However, the Draft requires tokens, and it is not easy to earn them. So, players will not always have access to this.

Next, you can spend some time in Rivals, up to the point that you earn weekly rewards, or if you are too good at it, until you lock in the Upgraded Rewards. Overall, players earn fewer coins for a win in a Rivals match compared to Squad Battles. This is while winning in Squad Battles is easier.

Finally, you can play Rush, but keep in mind that there is no performance bonus in this game mode. Players earn a flat amount of 400 coins for a win and 200 coins for a loss. However, since Rush takes less time to finish than a classic match, you may find more success, especially when playing a team of friends. But for solo queues, Rush is a risky mode, as sometimes teammates leave the game and it ruins the match for the others.
