STATE COLLEGE – White Out week is here and No. 7 Penn State must deal with Iowa’s stingy defense and its terrific special teams on Saturday night at Beaver Stadium.
Both teams are 3-0 and Nittany Lions’ head coach James Franklin was in an expansive mood during his Tuesday news conference, commenting on Micah Parsons’ development, the White Out experience and assessing some positions on PSU’s offense and defense.
