Jerry Jones is one of the most well-known owners of any sports team in the world.
He has helped grow the Dallas Cowboys brand immensely, a tycoon of the industry.
Some people have questioned Jones’ methods throughout the years, but it’s hard to argue with what he’s done for the organization.
Of course, the Cowboys’ biggest struggle in recent years has not been branding, but their on-field play.
They have looked great in the regular season, but have unfortunately fallen flat in their postseason aspirations.
Plus, with their recent loss to the Baltimore Ravens, the Cowboys fell to 1-2 on the season, putting their playoff hopes in jeopardy.
After the game, Jones was asked about the current state of the roster, and if they need to make any upgrades moving forward.
As reporter Nick Harris shared on X, Jones said, “I like our personnel. I don’t see personnel changes happening. I see everybody doing better, that’s what I’m looking forward to.”

Now, this could just be a political statement, as Harris alluded to, but there’s a chance that Jones’ comments are genuine.
He might truly believe that this team is perfect the way it is and that no major changes are needed.
However, they’ve fallen flat in two of three games, so something has to change.
If they aren’t going to add any new players into the fold, the Cowboys must get better production from their current roster, or else, they could be headed down a tough patch.
