Despite an injury to starting quarterback Russell Wilson and a possible QB controversy, the Pittsburgh Steelers have won both of their first two games to start this season.
They defeated the new and apparently improved Atlanta Falcons in Week 1, and they downed the struggling Denver Broncos on Sunday.
This coming Sunday, they will host the Los Angeles Chargers, another team that is a somewhat surprising 2-0, and Jim Harbaugh, the Chargers’ new head coach, called them a “playoff team,” per Bryce.

One has to wonder if this was a sincere assessment by Harbaugh or merely an attempt by him to get his team fully prepared for battle.
The Steelers have some things to figure out, starting with their quarterback situation.
Justin Fields is starting under center, at least for now, and some said prior to the start of the season that Fields would eventually supplant Wilson as QB1 at some point this fall or winter.
Their offense looks like it lacks oomph, and they have scored just one offensive touchdown through two games.
Their defense, however, has been solid, and they have already forced four interceptions this season.
Los Angeles, meanwhile, was picked by very few to have a real shot at reaching the postseason, but they’re starting to take on Harbaugh’s personality, as they’re also winning with defense.
Sunday’s game between the two teams could be a throwback to the days when NFL football was three yards and a cloud of dust, which would be fitting, given the Steelers’ image over the years and the one the Chargers are now developing.
