After two regular season weeks in the NFL, it is still too early to tell which teams are the best in the league.

However, that won’t stop pundits from making lists and deciding between contenders and pretenders.

Former Pro Bowl wide receiver and current Fox Sports analyst Keyshawn Johnson recently gave his top six teams after the second week of the regular season while on Speak.

“Start with No. 6, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers…No. 5, the New Orleans Saints…No. 4, I know, I know, the San Francisco 49ers…Sitting at No. 3, the Buffalo Bills…No. 2, the team that I picked all year long right underneath the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC, the Texans…Now No. 1, it’s easy, the Kansas City Chiefs,” Johnson said.

It is very hard to argue with Johnson’s list right now.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are firing on all cylinders right now at 2-0 and are coming off a revenge win over the Detroit Lions on the road.

Perhaps the hottest team in football is the New Orleans Saints, who have put up 40+ points in back-to-back weeks.

The San Francisco 49ers are coming off of a road loss to the unbeaten Minnesota Vikings but were without arguably their best player in All-Pro running back Christian McCaffrey.

The Buffalo Bills could very well be the hottest team in the AFC after completely dismantling the rival Miami Dolphins on the road to stay unbeaten.

Despite squeaking by the Chicago Bears, the Houston Texans are a very talented team and haven’t even played their best yet.

Finally, the Kansas City Chiefs are still the Kansas City Chiefs, and they are coming off two consecutive wins against two of their biggest rivals in the AFC (Baltimore and Cincinnati).
