The Spaniards have published a video clip of Nyland on X. There, the last chancer sits on a pilates ball while catching balls.
Nyland’s name was not included when Ståle Solbakken presented the squad for Norway’s international matches against Slovenia and Kazakhstan in November. The Norwegian goalkeeper suffered ligament damage in his left knee in Sevilla’s match against Espanyol on 25 October.
The 34-year-old has been the clear one in the cage for national team manager Ståle Solbakken.
Nyland has 58 international matches. He has been on the pitch for all the minutes so far this year for Norway.
