Bennedict Mathurin of the Indiana Pacers has many things to be proud of thanks to his first two seasons in the NBA.

For example, he averaged 14.5 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists during the 2023-24 season.

But a new video shared by Pascal Siakam, via Overtime, shows another reason why Mathurin should be pleased with himself.

In the video, he catches serious air and is able to dunk over his teammate Myles Turner.

When watching in slow motion, it’s impossible to not be wowed by Mathurin’s moves.

To put this in context, Mathurin is six-foot-six, while Turner is six-foot-eleven.

Despite the difference in size, Mathurin was still able to get over Turner and find the bucket after his massive leap.

This video is one of the many reasons why Pacers fans are excited for 2024-25.

Their team already impressed many with their output last season.

Although there were doubts about them, they were one of the most riveting teams in the league and went all the way to the Eastern Conference Finals.

They still have things they need to improve and injuries have been a problem, which is true for most teams.

But the Pacers are a group to watch because of their young and inspired talent, like Mathurin.

Indiana has gone through many years of changes and uncertainty, with a number of stars coming and going.

It felt like the Pacers were always on the verge of being blown up and completely rebuilt.

But they finally have a roster that is solid and a proven coach with Rick Carlisle.

Because of Mathurin and others, Pacers fans can once again fully believe in their team.
