The Green Bay Packers narrowly avoided disaster in Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season when they saw Jordan Love go down with a knee injury on the game’s final offensive drive.

Love was diagnosed with an MCL sprain and was considered week-to-week, though the Packers are listing him as questionable for Week 3 against the Tennessee Titans.

Love is still considered a long shot to play given the severity of his injury, though his questionable designation seems to infer that he is nearing a return much sooner than expected.

Fortunately, Green Bay might not need Love to play as Tennessee has largely struggled with its offensive efficiency through two weeks.

The Titans overhauled their roster in the offseason in hopes of competing for a playoff spot, but it appears that they might be another year away before being considered a serious threat.

Meanwhile, it appears that Green Bay’s special teams unit might not be 100 percent as kicker Brayden Narveson is dealing with a foot injury via Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

The #Packers also added kicker Brayden Narveson (right foot) to the injury report, but he has no game-status designation and will play Sunday,” Pelissero reported.

Narveson has been solid so far this year, and it appears that his foot injury won’t keep him off the field for Week 3.

It’s a bit concerning that the team’s kicker is dealing with a foot ailment, but he has apparently done enough during practice to convince the brass they don’t need to call a backup.
