Paolo Banchero is the most significant player for the Orlando Magic and has left people in awe during his two seasons in the NBA.

What is that keeps him performing at such a high level?

Not only does he have natural talent, but Banchero also performs some pre and post-game workouts that keep him in great shape.

In a video shared by the NBA on X, Banchero showcased the band routine he does to keep himself limber, quick, and prepared for how tough the league can be.

He said he used to suffer from really bad shin splints and this exercise has helped with that.

He also practices tai chi as well, which stretches his limbs so that he doesn’t get sore and ache after shooting the ball for hours on end.

Whatever Banchero is doing, it’s obviously working.

Last season, he averaged 22.6 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game.

He played for an average of 35 minutes through 80 games with very little wear and tear during the season.

That’s a great sign, especially for someone who is needed so often by his team.

Banchero came to the Magic as the most promising rookie in the league and has built upon his talent since being signed.

The Magic ended last season as the fifth team in the East with a 47-35 record.

That’s much better than the years before and it shows that they are only getting better.

Banchero is a huge part of the team’s success and a reason why so many people will be paying attention to them in 2024-25.
