Drew Allar was in attendance at Beaver Stadium for the Whiteout win over Auburn in 2021 as a five-star commit. As a true freshman backup, Allar got in for a couple garbage time drives in last year’s thumping of Minnesota. He called that experience, handing it off a few times in front of 109,813 fans, “memorable.”
But this Saturday will be different for the 19-year-old from Medina, Ohio. Allar is set to make his first Whiteout start, and the young quarterback is looking forward to it.
