What is proclaimed as the club of the year has performed best “off the pitch”.
All clubs are measured and given a score based on a set of criteria. Among these are activity in social media, finances, deliveries in accordance with the league sponsorship agreement, engagement and implementation of sponsorship concepts.
The award is referred to as a salute and a tribute to the work done at the club office.
– We are incredibly proud of the work that is done in the clubs and think it is gratifying that there is great competition to be named “Club of the Year”. This year it is again a close race among the best in both leagues, says Pål Breen, commercial manager in Norwegian Top Football.
Based on the points given on the various parameters, Bryne, Kongsvinger, Stabæk, Ranheim and Vålerenga are in the final round in the 1st division.
The winner will be announced before the last series round. It will be played on November 9. The prize is a gift check for NOK 50,000.
