The Arizona Cardinals appear to have a star in first-round wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.

After recording just one catch for four yards in a losing effort in Week One against the Buffalo Bills, Harrison Jr. responded in a massive way.

He caught four passes for 130 and two touchdowns en route to helping the Cardinals beat the Los Angeles Rams 41-10 last Sunday.

Legendary NFL wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. is very high on Harrison Jr. and recently chatted about the former Buckeye’s breakout game.

“(Marvin Harrison Jr.) gave us a wow…He’s a guy that will and can take over a game,” Smith Sr. said (via Underdog Fantasy).

If anyone knows a thing or two about playing wide receiver in the NFL, it would be Steve Smith Sr.

The five-time Pro-Bowler and former All-Pro is the greatest Carolina Panthers wide receiver of all time.

He also played 16 NFL seasons, which is tough to do for any receiver.

Harrison Jr. breaking out on Sunday is just part of the reason why the Cardinals might be a team to watch moving forward.

They nearly upset a really good Buffalo Bills team in their first game, and they just dominated a division rival that won 10 games a season ago.

With Pro Bowl quarterback Kyler Murray back fully healthy and playing great ball (had a perfect passer rating of 158.3 against the Rams), the explosion of Harrison Jr. is the cherry on top.
