Suriya Shares Excitement for Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again

Bajirao Singham is back with a bang, and South superstar Suriya, who played Singham in the Tamil version, has expressed his excitement for the highly anticipated Singham Again. With a star-studded cast and action-packed sequences, Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again is set to take the cinematic cop universe to the next level this Diwali.

In a recent media interaction, Suriya was asked about the possibility of his version of Singham joining forces with Ajay Devgn’s iconic character in future films. Suriya responded, “Ajay sir has been asking why I’m not doing the next sequence, but it has to come from Hari Sir (Director). I would love to do it, but we don’t want to continue just for the numbers.”

Suriya also shared his enthusiasm for the franchise, praising both Simmba and the upcoming Singham Again. “I’m really happy for the way they’ve taken the franchise forward. The Ramayana and Singham sequences look interesting. All the best to the team,” he added. Catch Singham Again in theaters this Diwali, releasing on November 1, 2024!
