In its alternative budget, the bourgeois party cuts taxes by NOK 18 billion, reports Today’s Business.
The party does this by scrapping the austerity in the so-called exit tax, which costs NOK 100 million. Previously, the Conservative Party said that they would lower income tax by NOK 9 billion.
– We will certainly cut taxes on both income and wealth by more than 27 billion, says Conservative leader Erna Solberg to the newspaper.
The Conservative Party also cuts the wealth tax on shares and operating assets by 40 per cent.
– When we can cut the wealth tax on working capital so much in one year, we can say with credibility that it is realistic to remove it all during the period, says Solberg.
