Tom Brady’s second career as an NFL color commentator for Fox Sports is underway, and he is parlaying his great inside knowledge about the league, the game and its best players into his new gig.

The first two weeks of the new season have revealed plenty of surprises, and Brady took to Twitter to give his top three stars from Week 2.

He named New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara, Buffalo Bills RB James Cook and Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray as his best three players from last week.

The Saints were being counted out by many people after they fell a bit short of expectations last season, but they’re now 2-0, and their offense looks powerful.

They’re leading the league in scoring after going well over the 40-point mark in both of their first two games, and while QB Derek Carr has gotten lots of praise for that offensive production, Kamara had a big hand with 198 rushing yards and five total touchdowns.

Cook had a breakout 2023 campaign with 1,122 rushing yards, which earned him a Pro Bowl nod, and in Buffalo’s first two games, both of which they have won, he has 149 rushing yards, 49 receiving yards and three total touchdowns.

Murray has bounced back from the ACL tear that forced him to miss sizable chunks of the last two seasons to drive Arizona to a 2-0 record.

They trounced the Los Angeles Rams 41-10 on Sunday, and in that game, he went 17 of 21 for 266 yards and three touchdowns.
