In the lawsuit, the Republican presidential candidate claims that the interview that was broadcast earlier this month is manipulated and misleading, according to the court papers.
In the documents, there is also a demand for 10 billion dollars in compensation and that the case should be heard by a jury.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Texas just days before what could be a very tight election between the two candidates. The presidential election in the United States will be held next Tuesday, November 5.
