– Two “playboys” – Dagsavisen

In his podcast, “Fire and Fury”, journalist and author Michael Wolff implies that the late financier and accused abuser Jeffrey Epstein must have had deeper insight into how the government of former President Donald Trump worked.

The two have previously been depicted as good friends.

In the podcast, Epstein can be heard talking about the internal drama of the Trump administration.

– He can tell ten people that Bannon (Steve Bannon, conservative strategist and former Trump adviser) is an asshole and that Priebus (Reince Priebus, former White House chief of staff) is not doing a good job and that Kellyanne (Kellyanne Conway, former adviser to the Trump administration) is wide-mouthed – what do you think? “Jamie Dimon (head of the bank JPMorgan Chase) tells me that you are a problem. And I spoke with Carl Icahn (American businessman and investor). Carl thinks I need a new spokesperson,” says Epstein in the clip, where he quotes Trump.

Trump alleged in an interview with Fox News in 2019 that he should not have had contact with Jeffrey Epstein since 2004. Wolff’s information about Epstein’s knowledge of the administration’s internal affairs casts all this into doubt.

Wolff has been criticized for being a so-called “gossip journalist” through his work for, among others, “The Hollywood Reporter” and “USA Today”. In addition to the clip from his podcast, he claims to have “several hundred hours” of conversations with Epstein, where he talks in depth about Trump’s government. Whether these hours exist or not is not known.

In 2019, Jeffrey Epstein was charged with sexual assault. According to the indictment against him, he must have at least 40 victims on his conscience. Less than one month after his incarceration, after being apprehended at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, he reportedly took his own life in his jail cell. There is open speculation online as to whether he took his own life, or whether he was killed. His cellmate was removed from the cell only hours before his suicide, and the prison guards did not carry out the ordinary routines they were required to carry out.

Epstein owned an island in the Caribbean called “Little St. James”, also often referred to as “pedophile island”. To transport his prominent guests there, he used his own private plane, often referred to as the “Lolita Express”. “Lolita” refers to Vladimir Nabokov’s book “Lolita”, which is about a pedophile abusive relationship between a man and a young girl.

Several prominent guests are said to have visited the island, including people such as former US President Bill Clinton, artist Michael Jackson, physicist Stephen Hawking and England’s Prince Andrew, according to Al Jazeera. No charges have been brought against most of the people who visited the island.

Since the case became known, Prince Andrew has been more or less banished from all posts at Buckingham Palace.

Prince Andrew together with Virginia Giuffre, here a minor, who sued him for sexual abuse. Andrew settled the case.

Intimate acquaintance

According to Wolff, the late financier should have discussed the internal affairs of former President Donald Trump’s government at length and in detail.

– I probably have around a hundred hours of recordings of Epstein talking about the Trump administration’s internal affairs, and his long and deep friendship with Trump, says Wolff in his podcast.

His sparring partner then asks him how much he knows about Epstein and Trump.

– A good deal. I became a sort of outlet for Jeffrey Epstein. He was totally engrossed in Trump, as were many of his staff. When it became known that he might win the election, Epstein was keen to emphasize that he knew him, and I think he knew him better than most.

Wolff continues:

– The two saw themselves as two “playboys” who lasted around fifteen years. It all started in the 80s. They saw themselves as the embodiment of the 80s. It was about money, women and status. Models were a form of currency back then. They fought about this. At one point they had a bet on who could sleep with Princess Diana first, although I doubt that ever happened.

New charge

The last week has The New York Times reported that model Stacey Williams has claimed that former President Trump molested her.

In the 90s, Epstein is said to have called Trump one of “his closest friends”, according to Williams. The three are said to have met in 1993, where Epstein and Williams are said to have taken the elevator up to Trump’s office in Trump Tower in Columbus Square in Manhattan, according to The New York Times.

Trump allegedly pulled Williams to him and groped her breasts, hips and butt.

– He was like an octopus, Williams is said to have said.

– I was totally confused and completely frozen.

After the whole incident, Epstein allegedly yelled at her for allowing it all to happen.

– I felt like a piece of meat delivered to an office for some kind of bet, Williams has said.
